Mollie's Sweet Treats N Things started as a kitchen experiment — a stubborn refusal to accept that "good enough" pastry was acceptable. What began as weekend pop-ups at local markets grew into the bakery and café that Akron now knows and loves.
We source locally whenever we can. We refuse shortcuts that compromise flavor. And we treat every customer the way we'd want to be treated: with genuine attention and a smile that isn't scripted.
